Just another note on what Bill has mentioned, taxation revenue increase as well as new employment. Think about it a new product brings along a whole new market of suppliers, growers, and eventually more jobs for the economy.
I'm statistician but I do know that there are millions of marijuana users in the US. We are probably looking at at 1+billion dollar market. And if we can tax this underground income our we can sure decrease the deficit.
Marijuana is bad for you lungs and your brain. It is a drug and there is a reason why it is illegal in the first place.
